Private virtual fitness coaching is available from both Sheila and Lyndsay.

Private virtual coaching can be tailored to your individual needs and fitness goals. Regular sessions with your coach will help you to achieve the results and strength you are looking for. 

Private sessions are available on a bi-weekly or weekly basis. We have a number of clients who have a program designed by us and check in every 2- 4 weeks. It's all up to you and the level of coaching you need. Work 1 to 1 or in a semi - private with your family.

The pandemic has brought changes to the way we deliver private coaching. Only a small amount of space and equipment are required.
