Free VIRTUAL group fitness workshop

This complimentary workshop is perfect for those who would like to work with kettlebells, but haven't had the chance to learn the basic skills necessary in order to do this safely.

Coaches Sheila and Lyndsay will take you through the content during the zoom session.

We will cover hip hinging, neutral back, kettlebell set up, breathing and swing technique.

A light kettlebell is recommended but this workshop can be done with no equipment.

Our Back to Basic Programs are complementary 3 or 4 week progressive entry level movement and core classes designed to help you breathe better, strengthen your core, move safely, and more.

It's perfect for those who are just starting out, returning to exercise after a hiatus, or have injured themselves trying to get stronger.

We will progressively coach you through the basics and provide you with a takeaway program that can be done at home with no equipment.

This is a general strength and conditioning class which covers a large variety of movements incorporating kettlebells and any other equipment you have on hand at home. 

A foundation of the kettlebell swing and Get Up Movement is ideal but not necessary to take this class. Lyndsay will give you alternatives and progressions if needed to make the session a success.

Our Strongfirst certified trainers have created a class devoted to kettlebells, using them to help improve mobility, strength and cardiovascular fitness.

Prerequisites: Participants must be proficient in Level 1 kettlebell skills and have some kettlebells at home to train with. (TGU, armbar, squat, swing, snatch, clean).

This class takes aim at those muscles we sit on all day and puts them through the paces. Our glutes don’t get used nearly as much as they should in our day to day life of sitting in cars, at desks, on sofas, etc. so sign up and give your derrière some tough love! Using bands, body weight and some light weights we will spend an hour toning and strengthening the backside, with a bit of core work thrown in for good measure. Difficulty and intensity is tailored to the individual, so this class is suitable for everyone.

Prerequisites: Participants should not currently be experiencing any back pain.
