OUR PROPRIETARY MOVEMENT GARDEN SYSTEM

An ode to our love of movement, the MOVEMENT GARDEN System is our proprietary training method rooted in science and backed by hundreds of amazing transformations. It’s divided into equal parts emphasizing three distinct areas of focus: mindset, movement, and mastery. Its flexible foundation allows us to deliver what we call 360º wellness — covering strength, cardio, flexibility, mindset and more — without needing separate workouts for each to save you hours of time

MINDSET

Exercising is not about turning off and reacting to orders. In this phase, we will incorporate mindfulness and breathing as we break down the basics of strength training so you have a strong foundation for the rest of your life.

MOVEMENT

You’ve conquered the hardest step - the discipline and focus required to move like a pro. In this next phase, you’ll learn how to connect all muscle groups together to achieve true muscle and breathing alignment.

MASTERY

You are now an expert in movement and mind, but to become a true master, the learning is never over. In this phase you will explore a new territory of strengthening and focus, redefining goals both inside and outside of your workouts.


Membership Fine Print:

Membership Hold:

Members can place their membership on hold once per year. This feature allows flexibility for unexpected situations or planned breaks, ensuring you can seamlessly resume your fitness journey.

Membership Level Adjustment:

Enjoy the freedom to move your membership up or down a level at any time. Your fitness goals may evolve, and we're here to support your progress. Adjusting your membership level ensures a plan that aligns with your current aspirations. 

Family Shared Memberships:

Families can share membership of the 8 or 12 class. No unlimited option. Each person in attendance uses a class. 

JUST SOME OF OUR MANY SUCCESS STORIES

About 15 years ago, I met Sheila Hamilton when she became a client of mine at my salon. I was experiencing a lot of debilitating pain in my shoulder and hadn’t been able to get any lasting relief from pain control or physio. As I use my shoulder consistently during the day for my job it was becoming unbearable. My shoulder felt like it was locked into one position.
I mentioned it to Sheila and she told me that she felt that she could help me. I started seeing her on a regular basis, taking baby steps to open my shoulder and increase my mobility.
After several months, I felt less and less pain and had much more flexibility. Eventually I became pain-free, which I hadn’t been in many years.
I had never been a lover of exercise. My history with fitness was sporadic. I never found an activity or fitness program that I would stick with.
Having such positive results from Sheila with my shoulder really opened my eyes, and my mind, to the positive results of being “strong”.
I started taking private classes with Sheila, learning how to move safely and learning a lot about “functional movement”.
Over the years I have learned to enjoy movement and strength, and only have a positive outlook on fitness and nutrition. All because of the passion and wisdom that Sheila shares with those lucky enough to have chosen her to help them build a stronger version of themselves.

Thanks for all the classes you are putting out there.
