The Movement Garden's "Steps To Success"
Please review our Class Grading Systems so you can choose the right class for you.
Starting Out: Get back to strength. Everybody is welcome. Best for anyone overcoming pain or injury, or new to fitness.
All Levels: For anyone with no current acute pain or injury that would prevent them from performing exercise. Must have an understanding of basic movements (planks, hinge, squat).
Up a Notch: Must have familiarity with kettlebell skills (level 1). Must be comfortable with basic strength moves (deadlift, squat, pushup progression). No current pain or injury. Must have a capacity to work at a moderate intensity.

We have a large variety of Virtual Group Training Sessions to choose from. There’s a class for everyone, no matter your fitness level. From stretching and strength, to back health and cardiovascular fitness, we have the perfect Group for you.
A lot can be done with little or no equipment at home. Please don’t let that stand in the way of trying your complimentary class soon!

Thursday mornings from 9:00-9:45am Sheila will be there to guide you through the movement patterns and exercises that will allow you to increase your strength, balance and overall fitness. This class is suitable for all levels and different progressions of all exercises will be offered.
Our new Grow Your Strength class will be tailored to those attending. Sheila will be online working with you to improve your movement pattern quality, mobility, balance, and core strength. A training program will be delivered with attention to the details that will earn you movement improvement.
As we progress the program you can expect to learn about your body and what to practice each week so you Grow Your Strength like never before.

Up a Notch Level with Kettlebell Skills
The kettlebell has been used for centuries as a weapon against weakness! Recently, it has taken the health and fitness industry by storm and for the right reasons!. Sheila is a Strongfirst certified trainer. (SFG2 + SFL) The kettlebell training programs run for 6 weeks and require Sheila's permission before joining online.
Prerequisites:Students must be proficient in Level 1 kettlebell skills and have some kettlebells at home to train with. (TGU, armbar, squat, swing, snatch, clean). Thank you - safety first!
All Levels
All fitness levels are welcome to join this class that will aim to improve your overall movement quality, mobility and stability.
We will explore our joints to improve their range of motion, improve their quality and then do some resistance exercises to load them.
Enjoy this upbeat class as Coach Sheila teaches you methods to maintain and improve your movements for the decades ahead.

The Mobility, Core and Strength class has become one of Sheila's favourites to program as she creates exercise sets that combine to improve your overall joint mobility, core and muscular strength.
All levels can join this fun class that moves you through about 2 sets of everything to achieve results.

Registration for virtual group classes closes 15 minutes prior to start time. You will receive a Zoom meeting ID and link to enter before the class if you register before 15 min before the class start time. Otherwise you can use the JOIN CLASS NOW button in the header to arrive into the class!
