In this new series of the Back to Basics: Injury Prevention Edition Sheila and Lyndsay will review mobility, activation and resistance exercises for areas of the body that commonly get injured. 

Many have experienced injuries in the ankles, knees, hips, back, wrists, elbows, shoulders and neck. (Need I list more!) We need to heal from these injuries and work on maintaining the mobility and strength we need to prevent re-injuring ourselves.
