In the Back to Basics: Hip and Knee Edition Sheila and Lyndsay will review mobility, activation and resistance exercises that focus on the hips and knees. 

Many people experience imbalances and or injuries in these areas and this class will focus on movements that balance and strengthen without going into pain.
