Upcoming Back To Basics 4-Week Program:
Back to Basics: Feet, Ankles, and Balance Edition Sheila and Lyndsay
Sept 7, 14,21,28
The foundation of your balance: your feet!
Yet, there is so much more to learn and explore as we take the focus and attention up the chain to the ankles and beyond!
What is balance anyway? How can we create environments and tasks to train and improve it? We need to make balance training part of our programming to ensure we maintain and improve this important component of health and safety.
Join Sheila and Lyndsay together on Zoom to explore this interesting new series in the Edgemont Chiropractic sponsored Back to Basics Series.
Do you need to get Back to Basics?
BACK TO BASICS is a 4-week complementary progressive entry level movement and core class to learn how to breathe, strengthen your core and move safely. It's perfect for those who are just starting out, returning to exercise, or have injured themselves trying to get stronger.
We will progressively coach you through the basics and provide you with a takeaway program that can be done at home with no equipment.
I just want you to know how much I appreciate the Neck and Shoulder classes, along with the accompanying manuals, which allow me to do the program each day on my own.
Neck and shoulders has always been an issue for me, but just before the class started, I injured my neck. A couple of treatments, the classes and repeating the exercises on my own has made a huge difference to me. I am pain free and have greater neck mobility. I still have a ways to go, but the change has been gratifying.
Ken woke up this morning with back pain, did the class and is feeling fine now. So we know it works!
From the both of us, thank you ever so much!
