Virtual Fitness Workshops
Our Instructor-led Virtual Fitness Workshops are group fitness classes down over Zoom. These workshops are ideal for participants of all fitness levels.
Each session covers basic movements that will energize you and help you to advance in your fitness level. Questions welcomed!
"Back to Basics" Programs
Our Back to Basic Programs are complementary 4-week progressive entry level movement and core classes designed to help you breathe better, strengthen your core, move safely, and more.
It's perfect for those who are just starting out, returning to exercise after a hiatus, or have injured themselves trying to get stronger.
We will progressively coach you through the basics and provide you with a takeaway program that can be done at home with no equipment.
These programs are coached by both Sheila and Lyndsay on Thursday's from 9:00 - 9:45 am.
